Fall 2010 We have had many marina dock renovations, lighting has been upgraded, security cameras have been added throughout property and many other subtle changes have already happened such as added security signage. All rooms have been re-painted and furnishings have been refurbished, and many items have been replaced in the rooms such as bedspreads, pillows, shower curtains, cookware and small appliances.. We have replaced many pool lounge chairs and tables and have also renovated the pool bathrooms and showers and separated them into men’s and women’s facilities. Guests can now access our free wi-fi internet anywhere in the resort or marina. Ocean Place construction directly behind the property has come to a close, so our guests are no longer experiencing any construction noise. Summer 2010 We have recently purchased several new bicycles, including bikes for adults and children (ages 6-12)! Visit us at the front desk for more informaiton about bike rentals! Spring 2010 Construction is almost complete at Ocean Place Condominiums located directly behind PHC. Little or no construction noise and debris to interfere with our guests and owners vacation experience. Furthermore, beautification of PHC grounds will begin as all outside construction ceases. We have completed updates on all units and are slowly replacing all light fixtures in units. We now offer new in-room wireless internet access for all owners and guests. For added safety for our owners and guests, security cameras have been installed throughout the property. Winter 2009/2010
Employee NewsAll of the staff have been working closely with management to provide a superior level of customer service while at the same time focusing on property beautification. Our goal for 2010 is to reach RCI Gold Crown status. Michelle Railsback volunteered for the Bahamas Cancer Society 5-mile run/walk in November supporting The Caring Cancer Society of the Bahamas. She has signed up for the 50-mile bike race supporting the same cause to be held in Eleuthera in March, 2010. Meet the Staff:
