Festiva Resorts Family – Paradise Harbour Club - Lodging/Room Amenities

Located on Nassau Harbour, on the residential southeastern side of Paradise Island, Paradise Island Harbour Club is a collection of king-size hotel rooms, full-size junior suites, and one and two bedroom apartments. It is a great choice for those who want the freedom of a private residence with the facilities of a large resort.

With a marina and an enviable location, the resort offers everything from watersports and relaxing on the beach to the exciting entertainment and gambling of the nearby famous Atlantis Resort. Sister property to Paradise Island Beach Club, guests of both properties are able to make use of the complimentary golf cart shuttle between the two locations, and the complimentary water taxi to Nassau's Bay Street and Straw Market.

Guests can also enjoy nearby championship Paradise Island Golf Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf. This beautiful course has earned its challenging reputation with a multitude of doglegs, sand traps and water hazards, including the ocean on 13 of the 18 holes.

Resort Activities

Please join us during the high season for lots of fun and entertainment on property! Ask the front desk for the most recent schedule when you check in.

• Shuttle by van or water taxi to downtown Nassau every day at 11 a.m. Pick-up is at the same location downtown at 4 p.m.


• Hourly golf cart shuttles to and from Cabbage Beach. Public beach access with usage of Paradise Island Beach Club mini-mart and pool bar/restaurant. A limited number of beach lounge chairs and beach umbrellas can be checked out at the front desk.


• Various private excursions on the resort vessel, the Donzi, can be organized through the front desk or with Peter Turnquest, Dock Master. Trips include snorkeling excursions, bottom fishing excursions, and trips to beautiful and secluded Rose Island.


• For rainy days or just lazy days, guests can check out a DVD player, board games, or peruse our book exchange, located at the front desk.


• Monday morning grocery store run to Harbour Bay Shopping Centre for $7 per person.


• A limited number of fishing poles are available through the front desk. The fishing station is located at the front of the marina underneath the gazebo on the harbour. No live bait for purchase.
