Resort News

Construction is almost complete at Ocean Place Condominiums located directly behind PHC. Little or no construction noise and debris to interfere with our guests and owners vacation experience. Furthermore, beautification of PHC grounds will begin as all outside construction ceases.

We have completed updates on all units and are slowly replacing all light fixtures in units.

We now offer new in-room wireless internet access for all owners and guests.

For added safety for our owners and guests, security cameras have been installed throughout the property.

Activities & Amenities

Check with the front desk for help with booking snorkeling, fishing, Rose Island excursions and any other area tours or activities.

We have a courtesy computer for guests to use at the front desk.

Fishing poles, board games, a small book exchange, beach umbrellas and beach lounge chairs are available (in limited quantities) through the front desk.

Monday mornings we offer a food store run to the City Market grocery store. There is a daily shuttle to and from downtown Nassau and the Straw Market either by van or water taxi, and we provide a golf cart shuttle to and from famous Cabbage Beach throughout the day, every day.

Owners and guests have access to the Paradise Island Beach Club mini mart as well as the pool bar and restaurant.
